4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING
Motion to: approve the minutes of February 7, 2006
Was made by Commissioner Fitzpatrick
Seconded by Commissioner Futtner
The motion: carried and passed unanimously
NEW BUSINESS
Commissioner Jennings was appointed as a full-member in place of Commissioner Burnham.
OLD BUSINESS
Chairperson Macro explained that the Joint Historic District Commission – Planning & Zoning Main Street Committee is recommending that access to interior lots (one lower New) Main Street should be via streets parallel to Main Street with a visual barrier from the view on Main Street.
